Trainees from Hong Kong, London and Manchester will participate in a comprehensive centralised induction programme based in London which is designed to prepare them for practice and to equip them with the practical skills needed to excel as a trainee at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Trainees work on challenging projects from day one and are given a high level of responsibility. Our Trainees rotate through four, six-month seats in different parts of the business and are encouraged to gain contentious and non-contentious experience with some of the firms most prestigious clients during their two-year training contract. We encourage all of our trainees to undertake a secondment and we have a range of opportunities ranging from on-site with clients to internationally at one of our overseas offices.
