When you join the firm, you will participate in a comprehensive induction programme at our London office, designed to prepare you for practice and equip you with the practical skills necessary to excel as a trainee.
From day one, you’ll work on real projects and have the opportunity to undertake either a client or international secondment, laying strong foundations for a unique career. Every six months, you’ll meet with a member of our Talent Development team to discuss your ambitions and identify seat options aligned with your long-term career goals. You’ll also benefit from a dedicated mentor throughout your Training Contract for ongoing support and guidance.
