From our unique Legal Apprenticeship programme for school leavers through to our Training Contract, we offer a broad range of routes to becoming a qualified expert within our firm.

MANCHESTER TRAINING CONTRACT

When you start at the firm you will participate in a comprehensive induction programme in our London office, designed to prepare you for practice and to equip you with the practical skills needed to excel as a trainee here.

You will work on real projects from the outset and have the opportunity to undertake either a client or international secondment, building strong foundations for a career like no other. You will meet with a member of the Emerging Talent team every six months, to discuss your future ambitions and which seat options best meet your long-term career aspirations. In addition, you will benefit from having a dedicated mentor to support you throughout your Training Contract.

REGIONAL LEGAL APPRENTICESHIPS

Joining BCLP as a Paralegal Apprentice could be your first step in building a bold career in law at a firm built on the foundations of thinking differently. Partnering with BPP University, who will deliver the Paralegal and Solicitor training, you will work in our successful Manchester and Southampton Offices as part of one of our legal teams alongside studying for nationally recognised qualifications.

These are great opportunities and should you choose to continue studying after completing the Paralegal Apprenticeship, there will be opportunities to move onto the Solicitor Apprenticeship.
